Set a number of responses needed:
You need 20 volunteers to help needy families after a fire. Set the campaign to stop after 20 recipients have pressed "1" indicating they will come to help. Once 20 positivie responses are reached, the campaign stops.
Increase attendance:
Studies show that attendance dramatically increases when people are reminded of events. Set your calls for specific dates and times to remind folks and watch them show up.
ETA feature:
You need extra EMT volunteers for an emergency that is larger than anticipated. You can set the campaign to prompt recipients to key in an estimated time of arrival. Monitor those resopnses and communicate vital information with team members.
Press button conference calling:
You need to quickly check in with colleagues before the big event and communicate last minute changes. When each person gets the call they are prompted to be added to the conference call. You quickly make your decisions together and everyone is informed.
