  • Absence Aware allows employees to call off via IVR using the telephone. Hyper-Reach will verify the Employee ID and deliver the data entered to HCM via API, which works in the background. It’s a simple process and because of the integration with your HCM, the call-offs are recorded automatically.
  • Call flow will be customized to meet GIST requirements, for example, if you want all employees that call off to record the reason for their absence, that is how we will set it up.
